David Chang’s Plan to Save Restaurants Goes Beyond Covid-19 (Bloomberg)

We couldn’t have prevented Covid, but we could have had more flexibility to mitigate the circumstances we’re in. I think that we were very stagnant and satisfied with the status quo. But we needed to drive revenue outside of the traditional four walls of a restaurant. That was abundantly clear.
