My purpose is to magnify and illumine the Divine inside and outside the church; elevate Beauty in the darkness; and to follow the Spirit in the work of liberation.

There are loud, cruel messages coming at us rather frequently these days. Staying grounded in the ways of Jesus and reminding each other of radical love can keep us from succumbing to the weight of fear and hate. Community centered around following the way of Jesus can connect with ancient wisdom while being dynamic in both personal healing and social healing.

Practicing radical inclusion in community, which Christ taught us, is critical. The Methodist vein of Christianity is holistic, promoting critical thinking skills, going deeper in spiritual practices, as well as promoting care for bodies and the environment. A better world is possible with dedicated followers of Jesus come together to partner and elevate marginalized peoples.
